Bake your own delicious gluten free tea brack with our delicious mix, just add tea and dried fruit. Tea Brack often called Barn Brack is a traditional Irish favaourite. The word ‘brack’ comes from the irish word ‘breac’ or speckled. Feel free to add your own speckles with raisins, dried cherries or peel.

Gluten Free Soda Bread Mix

Irish Soda bread has always been made with a softer lower gluten content flour than most other bread so when we developed our GLUTEN FREE soda bread recipe, we were confident that there would be no compromise in taste or texture. And – as a bonus- it’s fast and really easy to make. Its the soda doing the work here, not yeast so ther’s no kneading and the baking tie is short. Enjoy!
