You can use any milk in the mix. Run out of milk or want a vegan loaf?
Try buttermilk, soya, coconut or almond milk, they’re all delicious.

You can make your bread even more special by adding a few of your favourite ingredients.
Some additions we love:

…a handful of mixed seeds such as poppy, linseed, chia, sunflower and pumpkin
to the dry mix, add the milk and mix as above.

#CheeseyLove
…a handful of grated strong, hard cheese to the dry mix, add the milk and mix as above.
Toasting really brings out the flavour.

#NutsAboutFruit
…a cupful of dried fruit to the dry mix, add the milk and mix as above.
For extra indulgence, sprinkle the top of the bread with caster sugar before baking.
